• Trip Info: Itineraries, confirmation numbers, and notes.
• Location Data: Collected only with explicit permission for local recommendations.
• Financial Data: We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are handled by Apple or Google.

2. How We Use & Share Data

• Service Delivery: To sync data across devices and send alerts.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Collaborative Sharing: Data is visible to those you explicitly invite.
• Third-Party Providers: We use cloud providers (like Google Cloud) to secure and host your data.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• User Control: You may access, export, or delete your data via the App settings.
• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, personal itineraries and account data are permanently removed from our active servers.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption. However, no digital service is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and avoiding the upload of sensitive documents like unencrypted passport scans.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. International Transfers

If you use the App outside the United States, you acknowledge that your data will be processed and stored in the USA.
