1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trip Prudent mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service & Pro Version

Trip Prudent is a travel planning tool. We offer a free version and a Pro Version (subscription-based).

• Not a Travel Agency: We do not own or control flights, hotels, or third-party services.
• Pro Features: Subscription grants access to premium features (e.g., advanced tracking, ad-free experience). We reserve the right to modify these features at any time.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed via third-party stores (Apple App Store/Google Play).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. You must manage cancellations directly through your device's app store settings.
• Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice of any price changes.

4. User Conduct & Content

• Accuracy: You are responsible for the data you enter.
• License to Your Content: By uploading content (photos, itineraries), you grant us a limited license to display it to you and your designated collaborators.
• Prohibited Use: No scraping, illegal activity, or harassment in shared/collaborative environments.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Basis: We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or third-party data inaccuracies.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.00 USD, whichever is greater.
• Arbitration: Any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the USA, and you waive your right to a class-action lawsuit.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Trip Prudent from claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
